4 ways to open Command Prompt as administrator in Windows 10
Way 1: from Start menu search
Type command prompt (or cmd) in the Start menu search box. When the Command Prompt app appears in the search result, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
Way 2: from Win + X menu
Right-click on the Win icon in the lower-left corner of Windows 10 desktop or simultaneously press Win + X keys on your keyboard to bring out the Power Users Menu (also called WinX menu). Then select Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu to open Command Prompt as administrator.
